Beekeeping was initially hobby, love for nature and for traditions. However, since 1998 our passion for bees has turned into daily hard work. The basic philosophy of Apimed meadery is to produce varietal meads. We make mead from different types of honey - floral, acacia, linden or forest honey. We approach the production itself with great respect and passion, so that there are kept unique taste and smell of the honey in our meads.
