Ballylisk Dairies Ltd. was founded in 2017 by brothers Mark & Dean Wright, and produces a range of semi-soft white mould ripened cows milk cheeses. It is based in Co.Armagh, Northern Ireland and supplies to high end food service Companies, speciality food shops/delis, directly to customers online. It is best known for it's flagship and first cheese - 'The Triple Rose', a semi-soft decadent triple creme, the biggest customer being Fortnum & Mason, London.
