We started the company given the decline in independent coffee and tea provision in the North West. This has led to a deterioration in customer service and product quality at a time when the trend in the hospitality industry - a key target market - is going the other direction. After only three years we are now a multi-award winning family business, both regionally in the North West and nationally too.
