We’re obsessed with the power of plants and how more of us eating them can help transform our planet. We believe in plants’ natural, renewable energy. The talented folks in our kitchen have serious plant expertise. They create, taste and perfect every dish so it packs a powerful punch of flavour, a riot of colour and puts nutrition centre of the plate. We achieved B Corp Certification in 2018, by 2021 we had a score of Outstanding and are one of only a handful of B Corps to have achieved this.
