Originating in New Zealand, deliciously crunchy, gluten free Munchy Seeds is a family run business, based in sunny Suffolk where they have been toasting, roasting and flavouring different seed blends in small batches for well over 20 years. There are many different flavour and seed combinations to choose from; sweet, savoury, spicy and even chocolate coated! The idea is to Sprinkle, Snack and of course Munch. Roasted seeds add a lovely healthy boost to any meal or snacking occasion.
