The Fresh Fish Shop is a long-established high-street fishmongers with a huge selection of quality fresh fish and seafood on the counter of its Sussex store. It began packaging fish for retail in 2013 and today we offer over 150 premium packaged seafood lines. Owner Sebastian Candelon, took over the business in 2007 and has been awarded the prestigious honour of 'Master Fishmonger' recognising his passion for fish and the environment, whilst upholding the craftsmanship of the fishmongers trade.
