Latteria San Pietro is a cooperative dairy which produces the renown Grana Padano PDO Cheese since 1966. We are located in the heart of Grana Padano production area, specifically in the Prati Stabili Valley. We invented a new type of Grana Padano which is called "Hay Selection" made only with milk, salt and rennet.
