Family owned and run smokehouse and fish producer based in Fleetwood Lancashire. Established in 1956 the company has evolved over the years from being an exporter of locally caught sea food into Europe to being a pioneer of importing Norwegian whole fish and recently reestablishing itself as an exporter of Smoked salmon sending it as far as Hong Kong.
