Our cheese factory has been making sheep cheese since 1968 in a traditional and ancient way. In addition to the original recipe, we also make spicy cheeses with touches of imagination and creativity, which constitute a range of designer cheeses, without masks, without additives, or flavor enhancers. A 100% natural product. The cheese factory is located in a small street, in the heart of the small village of Herreruela de Oropesa, in the middle of the Toledano countryside.
