Small husband and wife team making small-batch preserves using either vegetables or fruits grown by us, foraged fruits and herbs or from surplus produce. We recently won an award for our Lemon and Rosemary Marmalade at the ‘World Dalemain Marmalade Awards’ this year, also Gavin is the current ‘National Chef of Wales’.
