Born in lockdown, I’m a chef who needed an outlet. Bored with too much time on my hands I decided to make what I love to eat- Beef Jerky. Testing recipes on family and selling to friends it slowly turned into a small business- delighting customers all over the uk with some of the best jerky they have ever eaten. My customer re order rate is very high so I thought why not try it in the Great Taste awards?
