Loxley's Larder produces high quality charcuterie ie. salami and cured meat. We use traditional methods and our products are both dairy & gluten free. Our meat is selected from local farms who keep their animals in free range, outdoor environments with a focus on quality rather than price. We aim to be a sustainable business with carbon neutral energy usage and avoiding single use plastics whenever possible.
