Nua Kombucha

Nua Kombucha was founded in 2019 on the back of a strong belief that everything in life happens for a reason. After a diagnosis of MS in 2017, this initiated an intense period of reflection followed by research into the relationship between chronic inflammation and gut health. Following a period of 2 years brewing at home, I decided to take the leap and start the process of scaling up Nua Kombucha for local distribution within County Antrim. Nua Kombucha/New Beginnings was born :-)
