Based in beautiful West Wales, Hedyn Aur is a new company producing artisan, hand made savoury crackers that can be eaten any time of day. Started by Caroline, the search for a delicious, yet nutritious snack was the inspiration for the seed laden crispy crackers. Using high quallity ingredients, Welsh as much as possible, so laverbread from the Gower, oil from North Wales, the word most often used to describe them is "moreish"
