Back in 2017, GIMBER founder, Dimitri Oosterlynck, had a packed social schedule but dreaded attending yet another event serving cheap wine and sugary soft drinks. He wanted a sophisticated alternative, one with character and kick but no booze. When his search came up empty-handed, he decided to create one himself. The result is GIMBER - a drink with 0% alcohol, 100% taste and 200% bite!
