Erlebnissennerei Zillertal in Mayrhofen is Tyrol's largest family-owned milk producer and dairy product refiner. The company exclusively processes haymilk from cows, sheep and goats from currently 350 Zillertal mountain farming families into top-quality products and is considered the haymilk pioneer far beyond the state's borders. Christian and Heinrich Kröll are run the familybusiness in third generation with about 90 employees.
