QUESOS TORRALBA, S.L.U

Formatges Torralba is a family business dedicated to the maturation and sale of Maó Artesà Cheese. They are made with raw cow's milk by farmers by hand. They are then transported to our facilities to be cared for in natural cellars where they begin their maturation process. Each piece is smeared with oil and paprika in order to give it the appropriate elasticity, aroma and flavor.
