Twisted Kombucha is a naturally fermented lightly sparkling probiotic tea. The taste is tangy & sweet, it's a low sugar healthy alternative to sodas & alcohol. It was created by me during a Food Science Masters where I was doing scientific experiments to understand the nutritional components in my home brewed ferments. fast forward 2 years I have established a small production fermentory and a listing in up to 40 retailers & growing organically. There are 5 delicious flavours.
