Queserias La Eralta is a small family company founded in 1990 by Mr. Francisco Sanz. The elaboration of the chees and process is carried out in our small company in Bergasa (La Rioja), a town of 160 inhabitants. With a lot of effort we managed to perfect the artisanal techniques until we got the recipe that is commercialized today. The supervised maturation subjected to rigorous controls gives the guarantee of our flavors, cheeses that are made with the best sheep's milk that exists today.
