Capril do Bosque

Capril do Bosque is a family-run goat farm, dairy and restaurant in Joanopolis, São Paulo, Brazil, only 120km away from the biggest urban center in the country. Cheese production started in the 1990s as a hobby and became a professional activity in 2010. The first cheese portfolio included 5 varieties and today it comprises 15, inspired by famous cheeses in different cultures. The farm and the restaurant welcome visitors and the dairy sells its cheeses locally and in major cities of Brazil.
