Our cheeses are handmade by farmers using only their own raw milk. We make 10 different types of cheese at any one time, from fresh mozzarella and string cheese to unique camembert and semi-hard cheeses. We can only make a small number of cheeses, but we put our heart and soul into each one so that everyone who tastes them will say they are delicious.
