It is a small cheese factory run by a couple at the foot of Mt Yotei, also known as Hokkaido's Ezo Fuji. The cheeses, made from 100% of the milk of the brother and sister's grazing dairy farm, "Pasture Takara Happy Cows", and fermented with local lactic acid bacteria, attract many inquiries from the city, but the main focus is on welcoming customers at the farm.
