"Farina London imports high quality bread and baked products made in Puglia, Italy, with the finest semolina flour from Altamura, a city renowned for bread making since the Roman empire. The dough is double leavened for 30 hours, hand kneaded, baked in traditional stove ovens, and then blasted at -40o before importing frozen.
With long hours of leavening sourdough starter is used at a minimum without use of any additional yeast, making the bread lighter to digest and good for days.
