Producers of real sourdough in Medway, Kent. We focus on 3 things: sourdough, quality and sustainability. Our bread is skilfully fermented over 72h and we deliver it direct to our customers. Our ingredients are sourced locally where possible, our delivery van is electric, and our energy is green. We don't like single-use plastic so we never use it!
