Two Raccoons is the first winery in the world to turn fruit surplus into wine. We collaborate with food business and food banks around North-East Scotland to fight food waste and create limited edition, carbon-negative fruit wines with flavours such as blackcurrant, raspberry, blackberry and strawberry. We are currently developing novel methods to become a circular and zero waste winery by repurposing our own by-products while regenerating soils.
