Valentia Ireland Vermouth

The first Irish vermouth, made 20 different botanicals including Gorse from the island, blending this with a verdejo grape wine and a deep, rich caramel it creates Valentia Island Vermouth Ór. A sweet vermouth, golden in colour and can be drank neat over ice or with a good tonic and a slice of orange and is also used in many cocktails.
