Award-winning local bakery serving wonderful bread, pastries, cakes, brunch and pizzas. Everything they sell is made on site from scratch. During the day, their lovely brunch menu and deli offers pies, sandwiches, quiches and salads. In the afternoons they make airy and thin stone-baked pizzas with a 48-hour slow fermented dough, made from locally milled flour, paired with an extensive wine list. Their food philosophy is to “think global, eat local” from sourdough to delicious chocolate éclairs.
