Kickin’ off back in 2008 with a love of all things heat + BBQ, “Big Phil” started home-crafting sauces with FLAVOUR! We love charcoal Roastin’ our chillies for sauces with unbelievable depth of flavour! Our sauces are small-batch and hand-made in Hither Green, London using fresh chillies roasted over a Searin' charcoal grill to create unique and Kickin’ flavours. We believe our sauces have a depth of flavour like no other…. but what do you think?! Big Phil x
