HS Bourne

Based in Malpas, Cheshire & have a heard of Friesian cows that graze on the land of The Bank Farm, our family home since 1930. They provide us with the milk used to make our farmhouse cheese. Unlike many other cheesemakers who use industrial production methods, we still use traditional ‘hands on’ techniques to produce Cheshire cheeses.
