Wiener Miso

Wiener Miso is a small artisan manufacturerer in the heart of Vienna. We produce fine seasoning pastes and sauces based on traditional Japanese ferments. What is important to us is the origin and quality of our ingredients, which we obtain in organic quality and sometimes from wild collection in Austria. This results in unusual new types of pastes and sauces that show their very own character without wanting to whitewash.
