We are a farm to fork , family run, traditional cheese making business. We specialize in traditional, 100% Goat & Sheep Halloumi amongst other local traditional products. Our livestock is also free grazing. We manage our own pastures and crops and take advantage of the adjacent wild Paphos forest, for grazing. It is this environment that makes our milk probably the best in Cyprus.
