We are a family farm, milking dairy goats and turning that milk in to artisan ice cream. We founded the ice cream business because of our daughter, Rose, who has a lactose intolerance so traditional ice cream was a big no for her. The product that we have developed is an ice cream that everyone would love and tastes exactly like traditional ice cream but better.
