Botivo is an elegantly complex non-alcoholic drink that is refreshing and not sweet. Inspired by aperitifs and made with entirely real ingredients, it is handcrafted without the use of flavourings or preservatives. It is a small batch product that infuses 5 botanicals (rosemary, thyme, orange zest, gentian, wormwood) and honey into a fermented apple base, for several weeks to balance and extract the flavours and natural complexities.
