The Tipsy Food Company (Trading as Four Gables LTD)

We are a team of chefs that create, distill, bottle and package our range of spirits in Ashtead, Surrey. We started trading in 2020 when our sister company, Four Gables LTD, had to close temporarily due to lockdown restrictions. Having spent all those years previously using our understanding of flavour to create delicious food concepts, we decided to do the same with creating unique flavour combinations with drinks. The idea took off and we have continued to develop new recipes!
