Collaboration Spirits

Our exceptional small-batch premium vodka is a celebration of this iconic British produce, putting the potato on the pedestal it deserves. We handle the entire process from scratch and place potatoes centre stage, using produce lovingly grown in the lush and fertile lands of our 4th generation North Yorkshire farm. Our vodka is hand crafted using our own spring water, from field to bottle within just a nine mile area.
