Señorío de Montanera was founded in 1995 in Extremadura, motivated by the preservation of the purity of the Iberian breed and the sustainability of the dehesa. Our purebred Iberico pigs are reared in the wild on more than 60,000 hectares, feeding exclusively on acorns and natural pasture. The artisan production, the respect for the natural heritage of our land and the tradition of a trade handed down from generation to generation, results in the best Acorn-fed 100% Iberico Ham.
