John and Ali grow Hemp on their farm in Angus, they grow Hemp mainly for the seeds which are cold pressed into a beautiful green Omega rich table oil that contains all 20 amino acids. They love it because not only is it super healthy and can be grown with very few inputs but it improves their soil health and atmosphere too.
