Hemp It Up

John and Ali grow Hemp on their farm in Angus, they grow for the seed which is cold pressed into a beautiful table oil that is loaded with Omega-3, 6 & 9, vitamins and minerals. They love it because not only is it a superfood that can be grown in Scotland but it is great for the soil while sucking up huge amounts of CO2 while it grows.
