Talh Honey

Dark and medicinal honey from the hills of central Saudi Arabia is traditionally used more for health benefits than as a spread or garnish. That said, this treacly honey provides a long-lasting flavour that develops on the palate into a warm, savoury aftertaste. Alongside a deep minerality that is more acacia sap than blossom honey, there’s a nice citrus note to lift the finish. Use as a medicinal pick-me-up or in the same way as carob syrup.
