Löwenzahn Fass Nr. 22

Produced in the small village of Weggun, in the Zerweliner Heide in Brandenburg, this is a fine example of a raw blossom German honey. It melts on the palate to reveal multiple layers of vibrant, fresh flavour - butterscotch sweetness, salty mineral elements and fresh meadow-floral impact can all be detected. The best way to appreciate it is to spoon it onto oatcakes and blue cheese or cold slices of cucumber.
