Handmade and flame-baked in a tandoor style oven, this light and fluffy naan is not only the classic curry accompaniment, it is also great as a pizza base or a wrap for kebabs and shawarmas. Simply sprinkle with water and heat in the oven for 1-2 minutes, turning halfway.
