About this product
At its Crickhowell smokehouse in the heart of the Brecon Beacons, the smokery's production team prepares every batch of smoked duck by hand. The duck is lightly cured and hot-smoked over Welsh oak until it is tender and ready to eat. As the breast is firm-fleshed, it can be sliced thinly to savour its rich flavour, and served with orange and walnuts, berries or sweet chilli dipping sauce.
This product won the Great Taste Golden Fork from Wales in 2024. This award was sponsored by Food & Drink Wales.
