About this product

As the name suggests, this is an artisan bacon that has been home-cured the old fashioned way, using a recipe and techniques passed on by master curer Maynard Davies. Each loin of pork is hand-rubbed with a dry cure and aged for up to a month, resulting in a rasher that is as at home on a cooked breakfast plate as it is wrapped around English asparagus in the summer.
