Banana, Miso Caramel & Roasted Peanut cake

Designed by former product developer Adele Hing, this cake is a real show-stopper, making it the perfect centrepiece for a celebration, event or wedding. Brown sugar banana sponge is layered with miso caramel and roasted peanut Swiss meringue buttercream, and every element is made by hand from natural ingredients, in Adele's micro bakery in Richmond, South West London - ensuring that it tastes as good as it looks.
