In a Pickle Food Co Ltd.

A delicious range of handmade chutneys and pickles, produced in open pans for an authentic homemade taste. GT Bio: I own and operate In a Pickle Food Company, based near Bradford on Avon. Having been involved in the food and drink business all my adult life, which is a good few years!, I do feel that I could bring some good experience to the Great Taste Awards.  I have been involved, prior to pickling, in dessert production and also fine dining in the corporate world. I believe that I have a very discerning palate, and am able to pick up subtle flavours in foods. My favourite foods are from the dessert section so I would prefer to cover something like this, my least favourite section would be anything with a high chilli content. In addition to cooking for my business, I entertain quite often and usually get rave reviews about my food. I also enjoy creating new flavour combinations for my products.
