Our version of Italy’s most celebrated seasonal sweet bread is hand-crafted using traditional methods and time-honoured techniques. Each Panettone begins with a 100% natural, slow-rising sourdough called Pasta Madre, and takes three days to develop its special and unique flavour, giving it a rich, velvety texture and buttery taste. All our artisan Panettones are made using the finest, all-natural ingredients with no added preservatives which produce a memorable and exquisite seasonal treat.
