Welcome to Wild Dough!
The bread we bake in-house daily is made by hand, only using natural ingredients, specially selected flour, sea salt and Scottish water, without additives, chemicals or artificial improvers. Our Sourdough bread takes up to 72 hours to mature before it's baked and brought to your table and for us, it is pure labour of love.
We enjoy experimenting with seasonal flavours and always try to use locally sourced ingredients in our signature staples and weekly specials!
