Family dairy processing/creamery business. Now make Italian gelato using milk from Monmouthshire Farms and, where possible, fruit from local growers in Herefordshire. All gelato made in basement lab of Georgian property. 60 covers including garden terrace. Serve afternoon tea and lunches. Fully licensed for on/off sales and organise popular gin and gelato nights.
