We are a retail / wholesale and restaurant operating in Borough Market. We import top fruits and vegetables from Italy and France and buy direct from uk farmers. We turn our ‘waste’ products ( fresh fruit and vegetable products that after one or two days are no longer good enough to sell to the public or our restaurant customers)into a value added product by creating stunning chutneys , oils,compotes,sauces,smoothies and juices.
