ELLISCOMBE FARM LTD

We are a dairy farm with a herd of pedigree jerseys which we have a licence to sell unpasteurised milk from the herd to the public. It's a very creamy milk with an average fat content of 5.6 %and a protein content of 3.8%. This makes it ideal for many uses and is very popular as a breakfast milk.
