Visitor information
The World Cheese Awards will take place on 15-17 November 2024 in Viseu, Portugal at the Pavilhão Multiusos de Viseu.
The event will be open to consumers, trade and press – with plenty of activities for food lovers and cheese enthusiasts including cooking demonstrations and evening entertainment! Trade and press will need to register in advance via the links below. Consumer entry is free and you just need to turn up on the day.
On Friday 15 November, visitors will have the opportunity to watch the World Cheese Awards Super Jury decide the World Champion cheese in a live judging show. This will start at 5pm.
The Guild of Fine Food and its partners will be operating cheese tours around the World Cheese Awards arena at regular intervals on Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 November. These will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. On Friday 15 November, it will be possible to view the World Cheese Awards arena from a mezzanine gallery and watch live as judging takes place.
If you would like to attend, please turn up on the day and register with the event reception. If you have registered in advance as a trade or press, please make yourself known to reception and you will have a badge waiting for you.
